Develop a centralized Qualifications Database, an SSOT for all historical project and employee data. This platform will store and organize critical information such as PPRE (Past Performance & Relevant Experience), project descriptions, costs, subcontractor performance, photos, and team involvement. The Qualifications Database will create one connected system that supports marketing, business development, and operations.
